The GV-Paris litigation team assists its international clients with their civil and corporate judicial proceedings in France and in Brazil. The Firm's experience encompasses corporate litigation with an emphasis on collections and contracts, and also developed within the domain of private international law, including the enforcement of foreign judgments.

The Firm's attorneys also prepare and draft legal opinions on risk analysis, applicable law and jurisdiction, affidavits for the interpretation and application of Brazilian laws for foreign procedures, and follow-ups of letters rogatory.
